This month we are featuring our Cardio Dance class and all the variety of of steps and music used. A fun upbeat cardio exercise class that combines different styles of dance and fitness. The dance styles include ballroom, Latin, hip hop, and anything in between to keep the heart rate up and the body in motion while toning and tightening different body areas. No experience is necessary to attend. Everyone moves at their own pace and allows their bodies to adjust to the different styles.
