Today’s video is about pranayama, which by some is considered control of prana through breath control. We demonstrate a few different types of pranayama that may be beneficial for increasing energy, vitality, and overall well-being. Make sure that you have not eaten for a couple of hours before trying these techniques and remember to start slowly and work towards being able to practice longer. Pranayama is best known for increasing oxygen in the body and brain. So, instead of that afternoon coffee, maybe try an afternoon pranayama!
